By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to the following:

2. Refrain from making false or fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and notify authorities if necessary.
3. Provide accurate and complete contact details, including your email address and postal address. We may use this information to contact you regarding your order if required.
4. Failure to provide essential information may prevent you from placing your order.
CONTRACT:
Upon placing an order, you will receive a Confirmation Email/Message (Order Confirmation) and a Shipping Confirmation.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
All orders are subject to product availability. If supply difficulties arise or products are out of stock, we may suggest substitute items. If you decline substitute products, a refund will be issued for any payment made.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS ORDERS:
While we make every effort to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse order processing after sending the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to remove products or content from our website at any time. We are not liable for removing products, modifying content, or not processing an order post-Order Confirmation.
DELIVERY:
Continuing from clause (3) regarding product availability and exceptional circumstances, we strive to deliver orders by the date specified in the Delivery Confirmation or within an estimated timeframe of up to 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. Delays can occur due to unforeseen events or delivery location factors.
For the purpose of these Conditions, “delivery” is considered completed when you or a designated third party physically receives the goods, confirmed by the signed receipt at the specified delivery address.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing on the website, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will promptly inform you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
The prices on the website do not include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties, cesses, and delivery charges. Prices may change at any time.
INVOICE:
An invoice will accompany the delivered products.
TAXES:
All purchases through the website are subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses.
EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
We allow 7 days from delivery for returns. Returns within this period result in reimbursement of the product amount, excluding delivery charges. The amount will be credited to your store wallet.
For damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours at support@blavk.in.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and are limited to two consecutive times.
Return/Exchange – Terms and Conditions:
• Exchange within 15 days from delivery.
• Certain products like caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene standards.
• We may decline returns of used, washed, soiled, or damaged products.
• Reverse pickup requires confirmation by the Customer Experience Team.
• Images of defects must be sent to support@blavk.in for confirmation.
• Reverse pickup arranged within 7 days of confirmation.
• Ensure packaging remains intact when returning.
• Charges for reverse pickup apply; ₹100 will be credited back to your store wallet.
• Sale orders only receive a refund of the amount paid.
• Returns credited to customer’s store wallet.

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:
• COD orders require confirmation via call.
• Cancelled orders cannot be reverted; new orders must be placed.
• Processing orders cannot be cancelled.
• Changes before shipping must be requested via call.
• No changes after shipping.
REFUND – Terms and Conditions:
• Refund initiated within 7 days of returned order passing quality check.
• Fraudulent behavior will result in refund refusal.
Note: Return shipping costs ₹50 (for Maharashtra) and ₹75 (outside Maharashtra).
